Royal Delonix Hotel - Penuelas

Royal Delonix provided a pleasant experience during my work trip. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a fine view of the mountains from the 6th floor. The delicious meals at the on-site restaurant were a highlight, and the staff were attentive and accommodating, contributing to a cute atmosphere.

The air conditioning controls were locked, inconvenient.

Fairly clean and the staff was nice. My room was big, with climate control and flat-screen television. The bathroom with a bathtub. I liked that the hotel was 24 minutes drive from the airport.

The Royal Delonix hotel surprised me with its fine mountain views from my 6th-floor room. The food at Tiempo Afuera Restaurante was delicious, definitely a highlight of my trip. I appreciated the spacious, clean room that provided a great atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. The air conditioning system was frustrating because it couldn't be adjusted on my own, requiring staff assistance for changes. I also felt that the front desk clerks could be more available since there were times I needed help but no one was around.

The room was immaculate and provided a beautiful setting for our getaway. I was particularly impressed by the amenities, especially the outdoor swimming pool, where I spent a lazy afternoon lounging on the sun loungers. The hospitality was really good. Contributing to the warm atmosphere we experienced .

The air conditioning control could be improved. It was locked and felt restrictive!!! The front desk clerks weren't always around when needed!!! A lack of maintenance may hinder the overall experience!!!

The room offered good size and comfort, with a particularly inviting atmosphere thanks to the decor. Accessing the air conditioning system was irritating, as it felt overly controlled. While the location provided convenience with nearby dining options, the empty restaurant inside was uninviting and didn't encourage me to dine there. I appreciated the friendly staff was good.

During our two-night stay, the front desk team provided excellent service, greeting us by name and addressing all our needs promptly. The delicious meals at Tiempo Afuera Restaurante were a highlight. For future guests, I recommend trying the chef's specials for a good surprise!

I stayed for one night at this lovely hotel while passing through, and it was a delightful experience. the ambiance was stunning, and my room was impeccably clean. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. the location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby cafes for breakfast alternatives.
