I appreciated the spacious, clean room that provided a great atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the air conditioning system was frustrating because it couldn’t be adjusted on my own, requiring staff assistance for changes. I also felt that the front desk clerks could be more available since there were times I needed help but no one was around. Overall, it was a nice stay, but some details could use improvement for a better experience.
